How does pricing work?

Every project is priced individually based on scope, complexity, and site conditions. There is no catalog pricing. The process begins with a Design Engagement that covers site evaluation, maquette creation at 1 inch to 1 foot scale, and detailed engineering. The Design Engagement investment is applied in full to your total project cost. You receive a precise project price after the maquette is approved.

What is a maquette?

A maquette is a physical clay model of your project built at 1 inch to 1 foot scale. We sculpt each maquette by hand within 7–10 days of the site consultation. You review the maquette in a live presentation, request revisions in real time, and approve the final design before construction begins. After approval, you keep the maquette as a lasting reference piece.

Do you work outside Missouri?

Boulder Legacies was established in Tampa Bay, Florida — Pinellas County — and maintains an active client base across the state. Our operations base in Southern Missouri serves as a central hub for national logistics. We currently serve clients in Florida, Missouri, Alabama, and beyond — with 42 markets across 14 states including Tampa, Miami, Austin, Dallas, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, and San Diego. We accept commissions anywhere in the United States.

What makes you different from other waterfall builders?

Most waterfall companies install prefabricated GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) panels or stack natural rock. Boulder Legacies hand-sculpts every surface from raw concrete. Our Structure Coat shell delivers 12,000psi strength — roughly 3x standard concrete. We reinforce with basalt instead of steel, eliminating rust expansion that cracks conventional builds over decades. Every project gets a physical clay maquette, not a computer rendering. The result is monolithic, seamless, and structurally engineered to last.

The Design Engagement initiates the creative process. It covers a site consultation, measurements, and the creation of a physical clay maquette of your project at 1 inch to 1 foot scale. This investment is applied in full to your total project cost if you proceed. The Design Engagement ensures that both parties are committed before engineering and construction resources are allocated.
